Student LIFE Kick Off!

Trojans! Get ready to jump-start the new academic year with energy and excitement! Student LIFE is thrilled to invite all students to our Annual Fall Kick-Off, a must-attend event to celebrate the start of the quarter and discover how to make the most of your college experience. On the Index Lawn, the event will feature an exciting mix of entertainment, free treats, campus resources, and opportunities to get involved.

All activities and giveaways are completely FREE for CURRENTLY registered EvCC students. To join the fun, students just need to head to the Check-In Tent to receive an event bracelet that unlocks full access to all the free activities, games, and treats.

Throughout the event, students can vibe to live music from a DJ while exploring a variety of creative stations and interactive fun. Get a custom piece of art from our Caricature Artists or craft your own personalized Wax Hand Art FREE to take home as a keepsake. You can also challenge new friends to epic lawn games or get the chance to spin the FREE prize wheel by following the Student LIFE social media accounts to win lots of fun items and swag! While enjoying the festivities, be sure to grab a FREE sweet treat from Sugar + Spoon, serving edible cookie dough (TBD)!

Getting involved on campus is a great way to build your community, and the Trojan Activities Board (TAB) wants to hear from you! Stop by the TAB Survey Table to complete a quick event survey to help us choose the exact events, activities, and experiences you would like to participate in this year. As a thank you for sharing your voice, students who complete the survey will receive a FREE EvCC insulated tumbler!

The Student LIFE team, including Student Ambassadors, the Publicity Team, and Student Government members, will be on-site to share information on how students can get involved on campus. Whether you’re interested in joining a club, joining the Student Senate, or learning more about upcoming events, the Student LIFE tent is your go-to place for involvement! Students are also encouraged to follow @evcclife on social media to stay informed and connected throughout the year.

If you are interested in health, fitness, or sports, be sure to visit the Athletics Tent. You can check out the home game schedule to cheer on your varsity Trojan athletic teams, learn about the campus Fitness Center's open hours and available equipment, or discover upcoming intramural sport offerings to stay active all year long.

Join us and experience everything Student LIFE has to offer! From connecting with student clubs to meeting new friends, the Fall Kick-Off is your chance to find your place in the EvCC community. Let's start the year strong and kick off the season together!
